As we expand our US footprint, we are seeking passionate and results-driven Boutique Managers to lead Neuhaus boutiques across the country. You will embody the spirit of Belgian luxury, drive operational excellence, exceptional service, and commercial success while you inspire your team to deliver memorable customer experiences every day.
As a Boutique Manager, you will oversee all aspects of boutique operations—from leading and developing your team to achieving sales targets and maintaining brand excellence. You will serve as both a brand ambassador and business leader, ensuring the Neuhaus heritage is reflected in every detail of your boutique’s performance and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to Neuhaus brand and service standards.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely weekly ordering, with focus on BBD (Best Before Dates), balancing availability and turnover
Oversee cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies.
Uphold visual merchandising standards consistent with luxury presentation guidelines.
Oversee boutique maintenance, ensuring all requests are submitted via Clean-state
Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Leadership and Team Development
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing boutique team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable coaching.
Schedule and manage staff coverage to meet peak trading hours.
Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and enthusiasm.
Customer Experience
Deliver an elevated, hospitality-driven client experience reflective of the Neuhaus brand.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and expert product knowledge.
Implement CRM initiatives and clienteling to encourage repeat visits and gifting
Sales Generation and Business Development
Lead the boutique in achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify local marketing and partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and B2B clients.
Collaborate with the Regional Manager to implement strategic sales initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a luxury, specialty food, or hospitality retail environment.
Proven ability to lead teams, achieve sales goals, and manage boutique operations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on leadership style with attention to detail.
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
Legally authorized to work in the USA.
