Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish items promptly, and maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly customer service to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and dietary guidelines
- Clear tables efficiently, bus dirty dishes, and ensure the dining area remains tidy and inviting at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy breakfast hours
- Uphold cleanliness standards through routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing equipment
Experience
- Previous kitchen experience or food preparation background preferred; familiarity with food safety protocols is essential
- Experience working in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, catering events or banquet settings highly desirable
- Customer service skills honed through roles like host/hostess or guest relations positions are beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food handling safety regulations ensures compliance and guest satisfaction
