Pharmacy1st Health is building the clinical infrastructure for rural America by transforming independent pharmacies into integrated care delivery hubs. Our model combines primary care, pharmacy services, and chronic disease management under one roof, creating a new, lower-cost site of care for underserved communities.
W e operate across multiple states and are rapidly expanding a network of rural clinics co-located with pharmacies. Our goal is to deliver scalable, high-quality care while improving access, outcomes, and cost efficiency.
The Associate, Office of the CEO, will work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff to design, test, and scale initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve the patient experience. This role is built for someone leaving consulting who wants to move from advising to owning outcomes. You will take ambiguous ideas and turn them into real programs that operate in clinics and pharmacies. You will be expected to operate independently, work in the field, and deliver measurable results quickly.

Build and Launch New Initiatives
Translate CEO-level ideas into executable plans within days, not weeks
Define scope, success metrics, and rollout strategy for each initiative
Launch pilots in real clinic environments and iterate quickly
Drive initiatives from concept through pilots
Operate in the Field
Spend time in clinics and pharmacies to understand real workflows
Work directly with frontline staff to pilot new programs
Identify operational friction and fix it in real time
Ensure initiatives work in practice, not just in theory
Drive Execution
Own timelines, milestones, and outcomes across multiple initiatives
Coordinate across clinical, operations, and pharmacy teams without formal authority
Push through ambiguity and remove blockers independently
Hold yourself accountable for results, not just progress
Measure What Matters
Define and track key metrics, including:
Revenue per initiative
Patient utilization and retention
Operational efficiency
Build simple, practical tracking systems
Make clear recommendations: scale, refine, or shut down
Build Repeatable Playbooks
Document what works and what doesn’t
Create standardized rollout playbooks for successful initiatives
Enable rapid replication across new and existing sites
Inform strategy for expansion to new sites (i.e., where else should we implement this service)
Required
2–3 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm
Strong track record of leading workstreams and delivering results under tight timelines
Exceptional problem-solving skills and structured thinking
Strong customer-facing and communication skills
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Willingness to spend time in the field and work hands-on with operations
Preferred
Experience working on growth, operations, or customer experience initiatives
Interest in healthcare delivery and underserved markets
Background from firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company
Compensation Range: $80K - $100K
