Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support for clients centered in the following technologies:

Server-based systems
-
Hypervisor
-
Network based storage systems
-
Network switches and routers
-
Network firewalls
-
Backup Systems
-
Plan and implement complex projects in a fast-paced environment

Create detailed project documentation
-
Participate in on-call rotation with other engineers
-
Participate in monthly maintenance on a rotating basis
Technical Skills and Abilities

Knowledge and understanding of:

Microsoft Windows Server
-
Microsoft Active Directory
-
Cisco catalyst and nexus switches
-
Cisco ASA & Fortigate Firewalls
-
Microsoft Exchange & Exchange Online (office 365)

VMware vSphere & VMware VCenter Server
-
Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
Other Skills and Abilities

Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and supervisors

Education & Job Requirements

At least 4 years of experience supporting relevant IT environments and proven track record of successfully completing IT project implementations

Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
