We're looking for an experienced Truck Mechanic to join our team in Troy, NY. If you're a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys solving problems, you'll find a stable, rewarding career with a company that values your expertise.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair Ray Energy's fleet of medium- and heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and transport equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fuel system issues.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
- Work closely with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime and keep our fleet on the road.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of truck mechanic experience required.
- Experience working on petroleum and/or propane transport trucks is a plus.
- Experience with diesel engines, brake systems, suspensions, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance.
- CDL is a plus, but not required.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
