American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic experience for a flexible full-time contract at an outpatient clinic in the Avondale/Goodyear, AZ area.

Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting in the Avondale/Goodyear, AZ area

Patient population includes adults and adolescents

Appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes with visits lasting 60+ minutes, with consistent patient overlap
-
Physical therapy technicians are utilized to help extend care during busy periods

Expected caseload of 55–65 visits per week

Ortho caseload includes a wide range of conditions including ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacement, disc herniation, generalized low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, TMJ dysfunction, and more

EHR: NextGen

Flexible full-time schedule available, including potential 4x10 hour shifts

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting

Current PT license required if applicable

Current BLS certification required

Experience with case management and caseload building preferred

Proficiency in fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with overlapping patient visits

NextGen EHR experience preferred

Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment, and ongoing case management across a broad range of orthopedic conditions

Clinic utilizes a team-based model with PT techs supporting care delivery during peak hours

Business casual attire required (khakis and polo shirts are acceptable)
