Experienced BMW Technician
Eurasian Service Center – Tysons/Vienna, VA
Eurasian Service Center is growing, and we are looking to add a second experienced BMW Technician to our team.
We have built an excellent BMW clientele and a long-standing reputation for performing high-quality BMW service, diagnostics, and repairs. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in doing the job correctly, works efficiently without sacrificing quality, and wants to build a long-term career with an independent shop that understands BMWs.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has:
- Minimum 5 years of BMW dealership technician experience
- Strong BMW diagnostic and repair knowledge
- Experience using BMW ISTA
- A strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- The ability to thoroughly inspect a vehicle and clearly document findings and recommendations
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- A professional attitude toward coworkers and customers' vehicles
We aren't looking for someone who simply replaces the part listed on a repair order. We want a technician who can evaluate the entire vehicle, recognize problems, document what they find, and provide the service advisors with the information they need to properly take care of the customer.
