Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will support our office operations, enhance data accuracy, and contribute to overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in multiple systems with precision and speed, including spreadsheets and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data by proofreading entries and cross-referencing with source documents to prevent errors.
- Manage filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring documents are organized for easy retrieval.
- Support office management
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and customer support skills.
- Collaborate with team members on administrative projects, prioritize tasks effectively using strong time management skills
Experience
- Proven clerical experience in an office environment, with a strong background in data entry and administrative support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy rates; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing filing systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse co-workers
