Teal Ridge Roofing & Exteriors is expanding into Columbus, and we're looking for motivated individuals who want more than just another sales position.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to learn directly from leadership, help grow a new market, and eventually step into a management role as our Ohio team expands.
You'll work closely with our Hiring Manager as one of the first key members of our Lexington office, receiving hands-on mentorship, leadership development, and the opportunity to help train and develop future team members.
No roofing experience? No problem. We provide the training and support needed to succeed.

What You'll Do
- Generate opportunities through neighborhood outreach, referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Meet with homeowners and perform roof and exterior inspections (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on roofing and restoration solutions
- Build estimates and present recommendations
- Guide projects from inspection through contract completion
- Maintain customer activity and notes within our CRM
- Assist with developing our local presence and company growth in the Ohio market
- As the office grows, help mentor and train future representatives
