IV Sedation & Oral Surgery
Lone Star Pediatric Dental & Braces is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. This role will support dental treatment in-office and will include travel to Blue Cloud Surgery Center for IV sedation and oral surgery procedures.
Responsibilities:

Assist with pediatric dental procedures and oral surgery cases.

Travel with the team to Blue Cloud Surgery Center as needed.

Assist during IV sedation treatments and surgical procedures.

Prepare rooms, instruments, and supplies for treatment.

Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
-
Support patient care before, during, and after procedures.

Provide pre-op and post-op instructions to patients and families.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications:

Dental assisting experience required.

Experience with IV sedation treatments preferred.

Experience with oral surgery procedures preferred.

Pediatric dental experience preferred.
-
CPR/BLS certification required.

Strong communication and patient care skills.

Must be comfortable working with children and families.

Reliable, team-oriented, and able to travel to Blue Cloud Surgery Center as needed.
