The Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) provides high-level administrative and operational support to Gibson's commercial leadership function. This role manages complex calendars, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and acts as a trusted right hand to the CCO in a fast-paced, revenue-driving environment. The ideal candidate anticipates needs before they arise, exercises excellent judgment with confidential information, and thrives in a high-visibility role supporting the commercial organization.
Essential Functions

Executive & Calendar Support: Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones, prioritizing conflicting demands with sound judgment.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries.

Prepare the CCO for meetings with agendas, background materials, and follow-up action items.

Screen and manage incoming communications, prioritizing and routing as appropriate.

Meeting & Communication Coordination: Organize and coordinate leadership team meetings, sales kickoffs, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and board-level commercial updates.

Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and internal communications on behalf of the CCO.

Track action items from meetings and follow up to ensure timely completion.

Serve as a liaison between the CCO's office and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) as well as external partners and clients.

Project & Operations Support: Support special projects and strategic initiatives led by the CCO, tracking timelines and deliverables.

Assist with preparation of commercial reports, board decks, and executive presentations.

Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking related to the CCO's office.

Coordinate department-wide events, offsites, and team-building activities.

Coordinate commercial GTM/PTS, retail visits, and Gibson University events

Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive commercial, financial, and personnel information with the utmost discretion.

Required Education and Experience

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a C-level or senior VP-level executive.

Proven experience supporting a commercial, sales, or revenue-focused leader preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Essential Knowledge

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).

General understanding of commercial, sales, or revenue operations functions.

Experience coordinating board materials or investor-facing communications is a plus.
