Work under supervision of lead facilitator or lead technician to deliver programming at the Shiloh Adventure Course. Programming includes ropes course elements and team building.
Responsibilities

Teach and assess necessary technical skills to participant group

Provide instructions to participant groups for agreed upon program elements

Process reflection/learning dialogue for appropriate activities

Set up course using accepted practices

Perform daily course and equipment inspection prior to program

Monitor and manage safety practices during program

Tear down element equipment after the program

Insure proper documentation of equipment, incidents and records of possible concern
This is a part-time position with flexible hours based on event scheduling. Pay rate is based on each event worked.
