Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized for easy retrieval
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution
- Assist in office management duties to maintain a productive work environment
- Handle clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing mail, and ordering supplies
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on office management or clerical duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
- Experience in customer service or support roles is highly valued
