Community Manager —Daytona Beach, FL
Pay: $50K per year (DOE) Full-Time
Join a fast-growing national real estate investment company specializing in manufactured housing communities nationwide. We are seeking a hands-on, sales-driven Community Manager to oversee a community in Daytona Beach, FL.
The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and skilled at building relationships, generating leads, and driving sales while delivering an excellent resident experience.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations across one Florida community.
- Drive occupancy, sales, and collections to meet goals
- Deliver a positive resident experience and build community relationships
- Maintain budgets and meet monthly performance targets
- Enforce policies and ensure clean, safe, compliant communities
- Oversee maintenance and ensure work orders are completed on time
- Walk homes to verify readiness, quality, and cost-effective repairs
- Use creative marketing to close sales and fill vacancies
- Keep collections below 3% through daily follow-up
What You Bring
- Strong sales experience with a proven ability to drive leasing performance is required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- 3–5 years of Community Manager experience in property management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Flexibility for occasional weekend work
