What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll provide person-centered support that promotes choice, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
You’ll help the individuals we serve:
- Build confidence and develop greater independence
- Participate in daily activities and community life
- Work toward personal goals and celebrate their accomplishments
- Develop meaningful relationships and social connections
- Make choices and have greater control over their daily lives

Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have a valid driver's license
- Meet applicable DMH criminal background requirements
- Be drug-free
- Be at least 19 years old
