Kindspire Education is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers for full-time, in-person positions throughout the Boston, MA area for the 2026–2027 school year.
We have opportunities across a variety of schools with diverse classroom settings, grade levels, caseloads, and student support needs. Whether your experience is in elementary, middle, or high school, or you prefer resource, inclusion, co-teaching, or self-contained classrooms, we'll work to find a placement that aligns with your strengths and preferences.

Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction aligned with each student's IEP.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
- Foster an engaging, supportive learning environment that promotes student success.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Special Education Teacher license
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
