Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Payment Processing Specialist to support daily operations related to ACH and card payment transactions. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in banking, fintech, or payment processing environments who are comfortable handling transaction research, resolving discrepancies, and working across multiple systems.
This is not a traditional call center role , while some customer interaction is required, the primary focus is on payment operations, transaction troubleshooting, and account-level support.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve payment and transaction issues (ACH, card payments, settlements, etc.)
- Research and troubleshoot processing errors, chargebacks, returns, and account discrepancies
- Review and verify sensitive financial data and documentation with high accuracy
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Perform updates such as account adjustments, refunds, voids, holds, and user access changes
- Navigate and utilize multiple internal systems efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required) – both written and verbal
- Experience in payment processing, banking, fintech, or financial operations preferred
- Previous experience in a support or operations role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
- ACH processing, returns, or settlements
- Chargebacks and dispute resolution
- Merchant services or payment platforms
- Banking or financial services background

Pay: $17.50 per hour
