Job Description
We're a small residential home services company. You'll work directly with the owner on a tight-knit team, not get lost in a big operation. Looking for a window cleaner to join us. No experience required, you'll be trained from day one.
Primary Role:
- Clean exterior windows on residential homes, interior as well eventually
- Deliver streak-free, high-quality results on every job
Additional Work (optional, as you grow):
- Gutter cleaning (interior and exterior)
- Pressure washing driveways
- Soft washing home exteriors (siding)
Not required to get hired, but available if you want more hours or want to build more skills.
What We're Looking For:
No window cleaning experience required. If you've done any hands-on, physically active work and take pride in doing things right, you'll fit in. Attention to detail matters more than a resume.
Requirements:
One requirement; a vehicle with enough space for a small amount of equipment. Four-door sedan or larger is ideal but we can discuss further if you have a smaller vehicle.
Interview Process:
First, a quick video chat to get acquainted. If it's a good fit, the next step is a paid working interview, you'll see exactly what a day looks like and we'll see if it's a good fit. No surprises. Within 1-3 days we can both gauge if we think it's a good fit.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time — scheduling is flexible
Pay: $17–$30/hr
