Compensation: $20.00 per hour + FREE RV Site Pad (Includes full hookups and all utilities)
Hours: Flexible. Please note: The owner does not guarantee a minimum number of hours per week, but your site and utilities remain 100% free regardless of hours worked.

Camp and Cottage RV Park is a quiet, private 5-acre campground in Pensacola, FL. We focus on peace and privacy rather than resort-style amenities. The park is exceptionally well-located: just 5 minutes from Interstate 10, close to both Walmart and Costco, and only 26 miles from Pensacola Beach.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a retired or semi-retired construction professional with a lifetime career in residential or commercial building projects. If you have deep trades experience and want a flexible lifestyle living rent-free in your own RV close to town and the beach, this is an ideal match.
Core Responsibilities:
- Remodeling & Repairs: Complete interior/exterior structural updates and remodels on mobile homes.
- Carpentry & Decking: Repair existing decks and construct new decks/ramps.
Requirements:
- Lifetime career background in construction with Journeyman-level carpentry skills.
- Solid, practical proficiency in basic plumbing and electrical work.
- Must own your own clean, well-maintained RV to occupy the site.
- Must bring your own basic hand and power tools.
