Total Tire Solutions is seeking a Service Advisor to help establish and grow our newest location in Lake Charles, LA. This is a customer-facing operational role responsible for coordinating commercial tire service, supporting field technicians, building customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and can balance service operations, sales opportunities, and administrative responsibilities while helping grow a new market.

Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet customers and walkin clients

Schedule and coordinate commercial tire service appointments and roadside service requests

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication

Identify opportunities to expand services and increase customer retention

Prepare estimates, service recommendations, and invoices

Assist in developing and growing a book of business within the Lake Charles market

Dispatch and coordinate mobile tire technicians for roadside, yard, and onsite service calls

Monitor service schedules to maximize technician productivity and customer responsiveness

Ensure work orders are opened, updated, and closed accurately

Maintain service records, inventory documentation, and customer files
-
Support daily shop and field operations to ensure efficient workflow

Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure quality service delivery

Assist with onboarding and training new team members as the location grows

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and customerfirst service

Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

Track key performance indicators related to sales, service response times, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Support leadership initiatives focused on growth, profitability, and operational excellence

Assist with inventory management and tire ordering processes

3+ years of experience in commercial tire service, fleet maintenance, transportation, automotive service, or a related industry

Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Dispatcher, Account Manager, or Operations Coordinator preferred

Strong customer service and relationshipbuilding skills

Experience managing service schedules, work orders, and customer communications

Knowledge of commercial tires, fleet operations, or heavyduty transportation preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with computer systems, service management software, and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team

Valid driver's license required
