Who you are: A qualified Human Resources Director who has direct experience managing human resource programs and operations, preferably within a long-term care setting of approximately 100 employees.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Advanced technical skills in human resources including full cycle hands on generalist skills.
· Minimum five years’ experience managing a stand-alone Human Resources Department.
· Long term care/healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s degree preferred).
· Direct knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
· Paylocity and Asure Timekeeping experience (preferred)
· Previous experience in direct payroll oversight (preferred)
· Excellent computer skills, including database and spreadsheet applications.
· Adept at learning and implementing new software and technology.
What you'll do: The Human Resources Director will direct all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing and orientation, compensation management, health & welfare benefits, records management, safety and health, succession planning, and employee relations and retention. This position oversees the payroll functions’ direct report, communicating and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on payroll/human resource costs, reporting, and issue management. The Human Resources Director is a valued member of the Leadership team responsible for the human resources needs of all employees, including Director-level, with the Chief Executive Officer overseeing all director level operations.
