Job Description:
Dino Equipment & Outdoors is looking for an experienced tractor and equipment mechanic. This is a hands-on position for someone who knows what they’re doing and can work independently without constant supervision.
We work on tractors, zero-turn mowers, and outdoor power equipment. We need someone who can diagnose issues quickly, fix them correctly, and keep jobs moving.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair tractors, mowers, and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and service work
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with service team on job status and needed parts
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Ensure all work is completed correctly the first time
Requirements:
- Must have your own tools
- Strong mechanical experience (tractor, diesel, small engine, or heavy equipment)
- Ability to diagnose problems without guesswork
- Dependable and shows up ready to work
- Able to work independently and stay productive
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with diesel engines and hydraulic systems
- Previous dealership or shop experience

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
