Shalva Haven is looking for a compassionate Evening & Weekend Youth Support Specialist to help support teens during after-school hours and weekends. This role focuses on evening routines, homework support, and creating a structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick youth up from after-school programs and activities
- Assist with homework and structured activities
- Prepare or assist with dinner
- Support evening routines including showers, medication administration, and bedtime
- Provide positive behavior support and de-escalation when needed
- Complete daily documentation and logs
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass a physical examination
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be 21 years of age or older
