Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve dinner & drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Plan and present menu
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience in fine dining
- Hard working and guest attention a must
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to be organized, stocked and clean
