Progressive Directions, Inc. (PDI)
PDI is seeking a compassionate and dependable Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in obtaining and maintaining community employment.
Schedule: Evenings and/or weekends
Responsibilities:

Provide on-the-job training and support

Teach job duties, workplace expectations, and independent living skills

Assist individuals in developing independence and confidence

Provide transportation as needed

Document services and communicate with supervisors

Advocate for individuals in workplace settings

Requirements:
- Valid TN, KY, or AL driver's license

Reliable transportation and acceptable driving record

Ability to pass background checks and required screenings

High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills
