- A 20-hour security training certificate
- A valid PERC Card
- Be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Security experience is required
- Reliability to show up to work and remain attentive and alert

The Overnight Security Officer position will be for a fast food chain restaurant located in the downtown area. This position requires the candidate to provide safety and security measures indoors of a restaurant in order to help keep customers, employees, and guests alike, safe. This position requires the candidate to remain observant, and alert in the overnight hours. This candidate must be willing and able to address potentially unruly and disorderly individuals that may refuse to adhere to the establishment's policies. *Utilize a customer service approach and de-escalation tactics when addressing unruly individuals in order to calm situations down
*If and when needed, address situations with an assertive but professional, lawful, and controlled manner in order to reduce hostility.
*Utilize a professional and customer service approach when reminding individuals of policy.
*Assisting employees, customers, and guests with handling safety and security concerns
*While on duty always maintain professionalism with upkept hygienics and a clean and properly worn uniform.
