Responsibilities
- Operate extraction equipment and machinery with precision, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Prepare raw materials for extraction, including handling, sorting, and loading into processing units.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the extraction area, ensuring compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Monitor process parameters during extraction cycles, making adjustments as necessary to optimize yield and quality.
- Assist with packaging finished products efficiently while maintaining product integrity and safety standards.
- Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
- Document process data accurately, including batch records, logs, and quality control reports to ensure traceability and compliance.
Skills
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction.
- Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality control and process improvement.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse handling equipment safely.
- Knowledge of CGMP regulations applicable to pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing settings.
- Laboratory experience is a plus, especially in analyzing samples or conducting quality tests.
- Familiarity with packaging processes, materials handling, and machining operations related to production workflows.
- Prior warehouse experience demonstrating organizational skills and safety awareness.
