Enrichment Specialist/Dog Daycare Attendant

We are currently seeking dependable, punctual, proactive individuals to join our team as Enrichment Specialists.
Experience working with dogs is welcome, but not required. Some of our strongest team members had no prior dog experience when they started. We hire for attitude, reliability, professionalism, coachability, and a genuine desire to learn.
This position requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our dogs rely on us every day of the year, and we are looking for people who understand and embrace that responsibility.

Responsibilities
- Supervise small playgroups using force-free handling and positive reinforcement techniques
- Ensure dogs remain safe, engaged, and enriched throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized environment through regular cleaning and deep cleaning tasks
- Feed meals and administer medications accurately
- Assist with bathing and basic grooming tasks as needed
- Capture photos and videos for social media and client communication
- Look for ways to improve processes and contribute positively to the team environment
This is an active, fast-paced position that involves standing, walking, cleaning, lifting, and being on your feet and engaged for long periods of time
