Responsibilities
✅ Operate commercial stand-on mowers safely and efficiently on residential and commercial properties
✅ Weed eat/trim around fences, trees, buildings, mailboxes, and landscape beds
✅ Edge sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and other hard surfaces
✅ Blow grass clippings and debris from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, patios, entryways, and other customer areas
✅ Complete assigned routes while maintaining quality, efficiency, and attention to detail
✅ Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
✅ Safely operate company vehicles while towing and transporting equipment between job sites
✅ Represent the company professionally while interacting with residential and commercial clients
Requirements
❗️Professional experience operating commercial stand-on mowers is required. Applicants without commercial mowing experience will not be considered. Qualified candidates may be asked to demonstrate equipment operation during the interview process.
❗️Experience performing professional lawn maintenance on residential and commercial properties
❗️Experience with weed eating, edging, and blowing using commercial equipment
❗️Valid driver’s license required
❗️Clean motor vehicle record required
❗️Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday driving between job sites while safely operating company vehicles and trailers
❗️Dependable transportation and excellent attendance
❗️Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
❗️Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
❗️Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude

Schedule
* Full-time
* Monday–Thursday 10 hour days
* Occasional overtime and seasonal overtime as needed
Pay
$17.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and qualifications
