Visiting Angels needs experienced, energetic, and compassionate Home Health Aides to be part of Visiting Angel's commitment to provide quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document patient health and progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning, while maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Administer CPR and first aid as necessary, and report any changes in patient condition to healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, fostering independence and dignity in their home setting.
Requirements
- Current HHA license in Washington DC
- With at least one year experience as Home Health Aide
- Current CPR, TB
