Position Summary
The Operations Analyst supports organizational efficiency by analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing data driven insights to enhance performance. This role works closely with operations, finance, IT, and leadership teams to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic decision making. The Operations Analyst plays a key role in improving productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring smooth day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Collect, interpret, and visualize data to support decision making and operational planning.

Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and highlight trends.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs and recommend solutions.

Support process improvement initiatives, including mapping workflows, documenting procedures, and implementing best practices.

Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.

Monitor compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate technology tools and systems to enhance operational capabilities.

Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership and stakeholders.

Participate in project teams, providing analytical support and operational insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2 to 5+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, data analytics, or process improvement.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.

Strong organizational and problem solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow management systems is beneficial.
