Responsibilities

Manage subcontractors and vendors that are “signed up” for the project

Moderate weekly subcontractor onsite meeting; notes and sign in sheet to be completed

Implement safety program and ensure safety standards being met

Responsible for jobsite cleanliness

Hold subcontractors accountable
- Deep understanding of plans and client intentions

Ability to read, understand, and implement drawings
-
Responsible for identifying changes in scope as early as possible and reporting these changes in scope to the Project Manager so they can process a change order
-
Daily and weekly reporting, including client reports
-
Enforce job schedule in field
-
Provide monthly schedule updates
-
In charge of quality assurance / quality control of work
Requirements
-
At least 5-10 years of experience working on construction projects
-
HS Diploma
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and other computer applications
-
Availability for travel to client sites, this is a road warrior position
