What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:

Managing program delivery end-to-end, from charter through to completion, with responsibility for milestone achievement and timeline adherence

Driving execution through clear milestone planning, resource coordination and status tracking

Maintaining comprehensive reporting and governance for leadership, stakeholders and delivery teams

Coordinating delivery across multiple functions — engineering, quality, operations, business — to keep complex programs aligned

Managing risk and issue resolution, with escalation where needed

Leading and mentoring team members in delivery discipline and structured methodologies

Supporting continuous improvement in how programs are planned and executed
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
Must-have

5–10 years of project or program management experience

5+ years of hands-on leadership and mentoring of delivery teams

Proven end-to-end program delivery in complex, regulated or matrix environments

Strong competency in project planning, risk and issue management, and governance reporting

Proficiency with project management tools and platforms such as Jira

Background or degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or related field

Authorization to work in the United States
Nice-to-have

PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification

Experience in medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

Advanced stakeholder management across senior leadership
