Summary
As a Title Processor at National Auto Loan Network, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the auto loan processing system. This position is essential to our mission of delivering a seamless financing experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Process title documents in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely loan closings.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is filed.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to title processing.
- Contacting State DMV’s to obtain proper fees and documents needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan processing journey.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with title processes and related documentation is a plus.
- Time Management
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
