Position Overview
Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You’ll follow individualized programs developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
Availability Requirements for this Job:
- Must be available to accept work assignments in the time block of Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Applicants with additional availability preferred

Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of a 40-hour ABA training (required)

- Current CPR & First Aid certification (pediatric, with in-person skills check)
- Reliable transportation
- Clear background screening
- Smartphone with unlimited data access for documentation and communication
