We provide comprehensive training and team collaboration to provide a work environment full of support and passion for our patient’s goals and outcomes.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Open and prepare the front desk for success
Greet and check patients in with courtesy, warmth and a smile
Manage patients appointments and in-office flow with precision
Promptly answer incoming phone calls
Create exceptional experiences for our patients
Collect payments
Explain insurance as necessary
Accountability for patient to practice guidelines
This position does not require you to have experience in reception or administrative roles or knowledge about chiropractic. What we do require is a desire to serve, a willingness to grow and be part of something significant—and importantly, a healthy lifestyle.
