27-Year Legacy of Clinical Excellence | Physician-Led Private Practice
In an era of corporate medicine, Reagan Medical Center remains a physician-led sanctuary dedicated to making healthcare simple, affordable, and high-quality. We have been voted "Best of Gwinnett" for years because we treat our providers like family—not like a cog in a machine.
We offer what hospital systems can’t:
- Total Autonomy: Practice at the peak of your license with a team that respects your clinical judgment.
- The "3-4-5" Lifestyle: Work only 3 days per week with 4 days off. Enjoy a true 12-hour shift model that prioritizes your life outside the clinic.
- Zero Call: No on-call requirements. When you are off, you are truly off.
- Elite On-Site Diagnostics: No more waiting. Every location has on-site X-ray; our Lawrenceville and Dacula hubs feature MRI, CT, Mammography, and Nuclear Medicine.
- Market-Leading Pay: We offer top 5th percentile compensation packages tailored to your experience.
- Dedicated Training: Full optimization on eClinicalWorks with a Full-Time Trainer on staff to ensure your charting is streamlined and efficient.
- Full Benefits: Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).
- Professional Coverage: Company-paid Malpractice and generous CME reimbursement.
We are seeking a versatile MD/DO for a hybrid Primary/Urgent Care setting who values quality over volume.
- Balanced Flow: Managed patient volume of 2-3 patients per hour.
- Full Support: You are backed by a fully licensed medical team and dedicated support staff—you are never practicing in a vacuum.
- Clinical Scope: Full-spectrum care including minor procedures (Suturing, I&D, Splinting) and EKG/X-ray interpretation (Wet read only)
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active Georgia Medical License & DEA.
- Certifications: CPR/BLS; DOT Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
- Experience: 3+ years in Family Practice/Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or EM is preferred, but passion and clinical excellence are our top priorities.
- Board Certification in Family Practice/Internal Medicine a must.
