The Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is now hiring an
experienced forklift operator for our client located in Chattanooga, close to Downtown. This positions is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity!!!
Start date: As Soon As Possible (Pending Interview)
Payrate: $18.00/hr
Shifts: 1st Shift 7:50 AM to 5pm
This candidate will need to take direction well and be very self-motivated.
Candidate will be rquired to operate a forklift throughout the day. However, can also be a physical position – the associate will be sometimes hand load product onto the forklift then drive.
Warehouse is not climate controlled. This is not automotive.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently be sure that all quality inspected, accurate loads are delivered to their correct destinations and locations.
- Maintain timely and accurate inventory counts
- Move, stack and organize orders, crates and pallets of materials for a manufacturing and warehouse environment
Requirements :
- Must have useful forklift experience
- Must be able to work a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen is mandatory
- A great attitude/attendance is a priority
