What You'll Do
As a Neighborhood Appointment Setter, you'll be the first impression of our company.
Your job isn't to sell projects, it's to start conversations, build trust, and schedule free in-home consultations for our specialists.
Every day you'll:
- Meet homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Start friendly conversations and introduce our services
- Schedule free inspections and consultations
- Qualify homeowner interest and collect basic information
- Record appointments and notes in our CRM
- Represent C&M Home Revival with professionalism, confidence, and positive energy

Schedule
Monday – Friday
Morning team training begins at 8:30 AM before heading into the field.
