What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer meds, dress wounds, and manage treatments
- Help develop and follow individualized care plans
- Perform vitals, injections, and routine procedures
- Monitor residents and report changes to the care team
What You’ll Need:
- Valid Texas LPN/LVN license
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and resident-focused
