Our sales team is looking for an AT&T Team Member to represent AT&T across California and nearby areas. Our company plays a key role in shaping the B2B sales landscape with AT&T, and we’re looking for driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow. You’ll start in an entry‑level role, with the opportunity for career advancement as you gain experience, demonstrate leadership, and take on greater responsibility.
As an AT&T Team Member, you will work with business customers to advocate for our awesome offers and help them find the right telecommunications services fit for their business needs. You will also understand their options, answer questions clearly, and make the overall sales process and experience easy and positive for them.
Responsibilities of an AT&T Team Member:
- Promote products, run demos, support clients, and resolve issues to strengthen AT&T presence.
- Assist with orders, help customers choose products, provide clear answers, and record sales properly.
- Talk and engage with potential customers to feature AT&T products and services.
- Use provided learning resources to build your sales, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Assist in developing new sales and marketing plans by sharing ideas and reporting on data collected.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and promotions.
- Meet or exceed individual and AT&T Team Member team sales goals.
Qualifications for an AT&T Team Member:
- Educational attainment must be High School graduate or equivalent.
- Prior sales or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in initiating conversations with customers.
- Enjoys working within a team.
- Has a strong work ethic.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
