Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing services to clients (ages 3-12) across school, home, clinic and other community settings.
Teaching acquisition skills such as language, social, self-help, and play skills
Managing problem behavior and teaching appropriate replacement skills
Documenting data and progress throughout sessions
Competitive hourly wages that value your skills and dedication
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma required but Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification is preferred
Schedule:
We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with a schedule that vary across the day. All hours fall between Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6:00 PM—never weekends! Start part-time, but quickly to move into full-time.
