As our client continues to expand into new markets, we are hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager to support territory growth, customer acquisition, and team development initiatives. Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Engage directly with business customers in person to present and promote telecommunications products and services at retail locations and local events
- Support territory expansion efforts through customer outreach, lead generation, and brand representation
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate entry-level sales team members to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Track campaign performance, analyze market trends, and help optimize sales results
- Collaborate with leadership on training initiatives and team development programs
- Drive business customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate others
- Prior Entry Level Assistant Manager experience is a plus
- Highly driven, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or leadership is a plus (not required)
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
