Day Shift (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM) and Night Shift Openings (6 PM to 6:30 AM)

12hr shifts, 36 hr. work week as fulltime (parttime opportunities available as well), some weekend coverage required

Onsite parking

Ability to subtract a call off if additional shift picked up within a certain time frame

Provide first class care for our residents

Assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care to our wonderful residents

Collaboration with care staff that facilitates effective communication, teamwork, and high clinical standards

Establish lifelong relationships with residents, their families, coworkers, and providers.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.

Previous supervisory and health care institution experience preferred.

Experience in the field of geriatrics.

Demonstrates good leadership skills and possesses the ability to motivate employees.

Organization skills required for timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.

Ability to complete tasks independently and within a group environment.

Proficient in communication and listening skills.

Possess a positive attitude to help promote a healthy work environment.

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Point Click Care (PCC), eHealth Data Solutions, etc.).

Working knowledge of current Federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information in the English language.

Ability to walk, lift, bend at knees and waist, stoop, kneel, reach, climb step stool, and stand in place for extended periods.

Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.

Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Ability to use close vision, peripheral vision, and adjust focus.
Mt. Macrina Manor is a 120 bed, not for profit, skilled nursing facility that has served Southwestern Pennsylvania since 1971. The grounds are located approximately one hour south of Pittsburgh in a scenic, peaceful rural area directly off Route 40 in Uniontown. The facility offers 24-hour nursing care, rehabilitative services, memory care, and pastoral care to all denominations.
