-Help with pest control services and light repair work for exclusions.
-Ride along with our lead techs on service calls around the greater Kalamazoo area (within ~35 miles)
-Keep the work vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with the tools and supplies we need
-Treat customers and coworkers with professionalism and respect
-Follow safety protocols and company procedures
-Gain hands-on experience with paid training and steady skill-building

Who This Role Is a Great Fit For:
-You’ve got a solid attitude and a desire to grow into a skilled trade
-Friendly and comfortable working with others.
- You show up on time, work well with others, and take pride in a job well done
-You’re comfortable being outdoors and working in tight or elevated spaces (attics, crawlspaces, and potentially rooftops)
-You’re able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and you’re familiar with ladders and hand tools
-You can navigate mobile apps and job tracking tools on your phone
-Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
-Bonus points if you’ve done route-based work, customer service, or general labor before

Already Licensed? You’ll Start Higher. If you have MDARD certifications like CORE, 7A, 7D, 7B, or 7F — we’ll bump your starting pay.

-Must have reliable transportation to our Paw Paw office
