Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at New Patterns ABA - CT. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify goals and objectives for each individual's treatment plan
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based strategies and techniques
Provide direct therapy services to clients, including one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and consultation with parents and caregivers
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to services
Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and billing information
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy (Note: No experience necessary, but willingness to learn and grow is essential)
Per Diem schedule, with availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
