About the Role
Rumble Boxing is hiring a Sales Coordinator / Front Desk team member for our Jersey City and Hoboken studios. This is not a passive front desk job. The bulk of your work is membership sales — approaching guests after class, building relationships, converting prospects into monthly members, and hitting a monthly quota.
What You'll Do
- Proactively approach class-goers and convert prospects into monthly members
- Conduct studio tours and follow up with leads via text, email, and phone
- Hit a monthly membership sales goal
- Check in members and prospects for class
- Answer phones, emails, texts, and voicemails promptly and professionally
- Address member billing questions, complaints, and requests
You're a Fit If You:
- Are genuinely high energy — at 6am, mid-shift, and every class in between
- Have experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, or a fast-paced customer-facing role
- Are not afraid to walk up to a stranger and start a conversation
- Understand the difference between reactive customer service and proactive sales
- Can handle objections without flinching and follow up without being pushy
- Are reliable, communicative, and take the schedule seriously
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience at a boutique fitness studio (front desk, sales, client services)
- Familiarity with ClubReady or similar membership software
- Existing Rumble member or deep familiarity with the brand
Schedule
We're hiring for dedicated shift tracks — not a rotating mix of days. Available tracks are:
- Weekday Mornings: Monday–Friday, 5:30–9:00 AM
- Weekday Evenings: Monday–Friday, 5:00–9:00 PM
- Weekends: Saturday–Sunday, 7:30 AM–1:00 PM
You'll be hired into one track (or more, if your availability allows) and own that shift consistently every week. Schedule confirmed 2 weeks before the month — availability submitted in advance.
