Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What You'll Do
As a Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our hiring efforts and HR operations by:
- Reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates for open positions
- Posting and maintaining job advertisements across recruiting platforms
- Conducting phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate scheduling
- Contacting professional references for finalists
- Providing outstanding candidate support throughout the hiring process
- Administering pre-employment skills assessments and evaluating results
- Communicating application updates via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems
- Creating and updating job descriptions, skills assessments, and recruiting materials
- Processing new hire paperwork and ensuring all required documentation is complete
- Assisting with HR meetings by taking detailed notes and distributing meeting summaries
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and other HR documentation
- Supporting career fairs and recruiting events
- Assisting with additional HR and recruiting projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree (or higher) in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Sales, or a related field preferred
- Availability to work Monday through Friday
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
