What You'll Do
As an Apartment Locator, you'll guide renters through the apartment search process from first conversation to signed lease.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding quickly to new leads via phone, text, and email
- Building relationships and understanding client needs
- Creating customized apartment recommendations
- Scheduling and coordinating apartment tours
- Conducting virtual and in-person tours
- Following up consistently throughout the leasing process
- Maintaining relationships with apartment communities
- Attending team trainings, networking events, and property tours
- Closing leases and earning commission
- Marketing / reach outs for personal leads
Leads Provided + Build Your Own Business
We provide a steady stream of qualified renters through:
- Digital marketing
- Referral partnerships
- Local business relationships
- Existing client referrals
These are active renters looking for apartments - not cold calls.
Company-provided leads are a major part of the role and help our agents ramp up quickly and start earning fast.
However, the agents who earn the most don't rely solely on company leads.
We provide training, mentorship, social media resources, and coaching to help you build your own referral network and personal brand.

This is a commission-based sales position.

- Top Performers: $120,000 - $150,000+
