Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Shifts Available
Pay: $36.18 – $38.43 per hour
Evening Shift: 3:30pm- 11:30pm

Position Summary:
As an LPN at The Osborn, you will be responsible for delivering skilled nursing care with professionalism and minimal supervision. You will work closely with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure each resident receives personalized, compassionate, and dignified care.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient conditions and assess care needs
- Accurately observe and communicate symptoms to physicians
- Collaborate on and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Perform routine procedures (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections)
- Document observations and interventions clearly and timely
- Support and educate residents and families with empathy and patience
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an LPN is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of nursing care practices and patient safety guidelines
- Understanding of sanitation, infection control, and decontamination protocols
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Calm, compassionate, and attentive to patient needs
- Valid NYS LPN license
